The location is great near the main Catedral. Staff helped with directions. The rooftop bar had city views. I rented a car, the front desk navigated me to the hotel and drove my car.

the staff was very kind. the breakfast and the rooftop bar were put together lovingly. the rooms with a view of the cathedral and a terrace are fine!!!

The superior room i booked was advertised as a superior room. however, it was the most basic room, therefore not superior to any other room. there was a damp brown patch in the ceiling. It looked to be caused by a leak, and also scuff and dirty marks were around the doors.

The location was perfect! It was right in the center of everything. The rooms were nice and spacious. I had a balcony. I could see out into the street.

The safe in my room was not fixed to anything. It could be picked up and carried around the room. I think that there was no point in having one. The TV needed repair. The roof bar was situated above the room where there was to be a large damp patch. I tried to get moved to another room but nothing was available

Emma and the reception staff were lovely. They impressed me a lot and were kind. I enjoyed the croissants every morning at the reception. They also provided champagne and water, so I was happy.

The gym wasn't good. The equipment seemed outdated. I didn't find the equipment well kept, and it was tiny. I was very disappointed.
