The staff was friendly. They helped with my luggage. my room was clean. the rooftop bar offers cathedral views. the hotel boasts a central position (this was very convenient).
the gym had limited equipment, including a multi-exercise machine needing maintenance.

comfortable bed rooftop bar helpful reception
the location was central near the cathedral and alcázar a good selection of restaurants were nearby the rooms were super clean the beds were comfortable. breakfast had amazing options the rooftop bar has a fantastic view of the cathedral i found the onsite restaurants to be good. the reception desk was very helpful

street noise dated decor
The location was acceptable, close to many attractions.
I was disappointed by the noise levels. Street sounds were constant. Windows offered little soundproofing. I found the decor somewhat dated (it seemed like a step back in time).

Excellent Central Stay
central location friendly staff rooftop views
The location is great near the main Catedral. Staff helped with directions. The rooftop bar had city views. I rented a car, the front desk navigated me to the hotel and drove my car.

The location was perfect! It was right in the center of everything. The rooms were nice and spacious. I had a balcony. I could see out into the street.
The safe in my room was not fixed to anything. It could be picked up and carried around the room. I think that there was no point in having one. The TV needed repair. The roof bar was situated above the room where there was to be a large damp patch. I tried to get moved to another room but nothing was available

lovely staff kind reception free croissants outdated equipment tiny gym poor maintenance
Emma and the reception staff were lovely. They impressed me a lot and were kind. I enjoyed the croissants every morning at the reception. They also provided champagne and water, so I was happy.
The gym wasn't good. The equipment seemed outdated. I didn't find the equipment well kept, and it was tiny. I was very disappointed.
