The EME Catedral Mercer Hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to the stunning cathedral and vibrant surrounding area. The rooftop bar is a fantastic spot to enjoy drinks and views, but the noise levels really detracted from my overall experience. My room, although spacious, felt outdated and suffered from poor soundproofing, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
